Site Acquisition
Canadian Metal Manufacturing engineering division is well versed on all current building codes, with licensed engineers for all provinces providing pertinent advice and design development to allow smooth processing for building permits. Since some municipalities are sometimes reluctant to re-zone certain properties our site evaluation service will research your potential land purchase and advise you on aspects of potential development.
Planning and Design
Once a site is secured we will plan the most profitable use of your location resources and design the facility that will maximize your investment. Detailed engineering drawings will be prepared to meet all appropriate building codes and security system requirements to assist a path of ease in gaining your building permits.
Building and Installation
Whether we construct new storage system buildings or install a storage system in an existing building, our methods are wise, efficient, and timely. All installation personnel are trained/certified specifically for the self-storage building industry, to insure that all structural requirements are followed in a professional manner.
Workmanship Warranty
All CMMI installations are workmanship warranted for twelve (12) months for any installation defects only. Upon completion of your project phase development you are issued a dated Warranty Certificate with the specifics of your installation to be kept for recording any defects in that initial twelve month period.
Maintenance Program
CMMI offers ongoing support to keep your installation in peak operation for years to come. For a low monthly fee our maintenance program provides a complete annual site inspection of ALL your components to discover damages that may have developed without your notice. And with this annual service a 25% discount is provided for any repairs and or services required as result of the inspection. Since accidents do happen, we also provide a 24/7 Emergency Site Service should the need arise.
