Planning and Design
Canadian Metal Manufacturing engineering division has created this modular design outbuilding that fits within current building code limitations, for installation not requiring any special building permits. This modular residential self-storage system brings versatile design options to your grasp. Just choose the size of shed and the options you desire on the order form and using the provided designers grid to draw/indicate where you plan to put optional doors, workbenches and shelving units you have chosen.
Material Acquisition
All outbuilding materials are custom manufactured as unique development kits to suit your individual order specifications. The materials kit is shipped directly to your home or site of installation to await a CMMI installation team's arrival or your own handiwork.
Building and Installation
Whether we construct your new storage building or you install our storage system kit yourself, our methods are wise, efficient, and easy. If you choose our installation service, all installation personnel are trained/certified specifically for the self-storage building industry, to insure that all requirements are followed in a professional manner.
Workmanship Warranty
A CMMI Garden SHed provides a No Maintenance - Lifetime Durability! All CMMI residential installations are material warranted for fifteen (15) years and workmanship warranted for twelve (12) months for any installation defects only. Upon completion of your project phase development you are issued a dated Warranty Certificate with the specifics of your installation to be kept for recording any defects in that initial twelve month period.
