 CMMI™ was founded 1997 and has been serving the construction industry since by supplying and installing sheet metal building components.  

In 2004 CMMI™ started serving the Self Storage industry as the only Canadian manufacturer and supplier of self storage buildings and components.  

2008 saw the creation of a team of experts to offer TurnKey Storage Systems™, integrated services from setting up to implementing  functional day to day operation of self storage facilities.
