CMMI™ Manufacturing

CMMI™ Branded Roll-up Doors

CMMI™ designed its roll-up doors with the objective of upgrading all individual components in the door system, taking into account the installer, the owner and the end user.

Available in multiple colors, they are made of pre-painted .45mm thick galvanized steel with our exclusive lightweight aluminum bottom bar for easier operation.

Other premium features are recessed handles in the door skin and nylon pull straps for safe handling

CMMI™ Self-Storage Components

Qwickwall ™ Storage Units

CMMI™ hallway systems are made of grade A, high tensile, pre- painted galvanized steel in CMMI™ high gloss white.

CMMI™ materials for piers, headers and structural members, are a full 1mm in thickness, while the QwickWall™ unit partition walls are made of high tensile .45mm pre-painted galvanized steel with locking seams for rapid assembly.

The standard storage unit finish is of galvanized steel and are available in the optional CMMI™ high gloss white, for visually appealing storage units

CMMI™ Self-Storage Mobile Units

Qwickfold™ Mobile Units

The CMMI™ Qwickfold™ mobile units are the next evolution in self-storage. Quick to put together and quick to earn revenue.

The modern storage box has moved from mobile storage to on the spot instant building set-up. Made from high tensile steel with galvanized structure for long service life, they are now available with one, two, three or four roll-up door set-up.

Delivered to your site folded at up to 12 units per load, they assemble in minutes and can be installed on site to look like a standard building

CMMI™ Introduces SuiteLockers

Work is completed to introduce in 2026 a new storage product : CMMI™ SuiteLockers.

SuitLockers are designed to be installed directly in the parking spots located along the exterior walls of underground parking or in unused space inside apartment buildings. A quick way for tenants to store their stuff right where they live and a quick way for property owners to increase the bottom line.

SuiteLockers premium design consists of a 10 foot wide by a full 32 inches deep steel locker hosting an 8-foot wide roll-up door allowing the user ease of access to all items stored.
